You need to first download your blogger theme which you want to use on your blog.

Now after download your template from the internet there are 5 simple steps you need to follow to change your blog template.
1. Go to Template >>
2. Take back up of your template
4. Upload your template which you want to activate on your blog
5. Now after selecting your template click on upload button for final step
and you are Done :)
