1. Go to Template :
Click on it
2. Back up your Template first :
3. Now Click on Customize :
4. Now There are 4 option on the top left:

2.Adjust width
3.Layout
4.Advanced .
This all four option will make your blog perfect.

Click on the background first and choose color or image you want to appear on your blog.
Now click on adjust width, you can set your blog width either left sidebar or right sidebar or entire blog.
In the layout option you can select layout of your blog there are three footer layout and eight body layout you can select which is suitable according to your requirement.
and the last option is Advanced in this advance setting there are many option you can select and customize
After customize all thing click on the Button apply to Blogger
